Dear HPI Client:   Thank you for your patronage. HPI provides critical life safety services under contract that, if discontinued by accident or by the intentional misrepresentation of unauthorized individuals, could have grave consequences for you, our client. You have entrusted us with your security and we take this responsibility seriously.

Because we are under contract to provide you these recurring monthly services, before we can stop providing them, we must get a written release to the contract from you. A written notice, 30 days in advance of the auto renewal date, was agreed to in the contract. After we receive and verify your completed notice below, HPI will send you confirmation and apply this requested change to your Central Station Account as instructed and notify HPI Bookkeeping to discontinue billing and prepare a final invoice. Cancellation may also be contingent on your return of communications equipment and/or HPI owned/leased equipment.
