HPI’s Fixed Cost Repair & Maintenance Service

Keep your Security Systems running like new at a fixed monthly investmet:

An HPI Extended Service Plan (ESP) will assure that the system you purchase will be maintained in like new condition and kept up by eliminating the need to get approvals from management and the hesitation to call for chargeable service when a minor or major problem arises. Your investment stays up and running from day one. 

ESP is a Reoccurring Monthly Service (RMS) that that covers all normal wear and tear on all system parts, labor and trip charges long after the install warranty has expired (See General Terms & Conditions at https://www.hpisecurity.com/gtc/ ). HPI’s standard ESP includes priority Parts & Labor onsite response, repair, replacement and return of defective parts during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday 9-5 excluding legal holidays). Emergency service is an extra cost for trip and labor but your parts are covered under the ESP. Your ESP covers all normal wear and tear on all parts including trip charges and parts shipping costs. The ESP warranty does not cover consumable items like batteries, nor does it apply if the System has been damaged by acts beyond HPI’s control. Such acts include vandalism, animal damages to equipment, accidents, power surges, misuse, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized changes, or acts of God (including lightning, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.).

Because HPI does not have to wait for approval to replace a part our techs come equipped with most expected parts to immediately replace defective or suspected problem parts at HPI’s cost. As NO approvals are required HPI will take the old part back and get it repaired and kept handy for the next time we may need it. You’ll already have a new or refurbished working part in place. The only exception might be a very large or expensive part that can not be kept in stock, but again because HPI covers the shipping we will overnight the part to the factory for a quick turn around repair.

An ESP is only available for new systems installed by HPI if subscribed to at the time of installation. For a low monthly subscription cost, HPI fixes your repair costs for as long as you keep up the subscription. Without an ESP subscription the typical security industry installation warranty is 90 days for on-site service on all Labor and parts and 12 months on new parts from the manufacturer. The ESP subscription is for an initial 36 month period then automatically renews bi-annually. It is Billed Quarterly in advance unless set-up for Monthly Auto-Pay.
