Examples of HPI’s camera wiring in conduit
Sometimes you can’t conceal the wire run to a camera or other security device. When building construction does not lend itself to hollow wall or attic wire runs HPI needs to surface run those wires to place the device in it’s optimal position. Some high short wire runs that are NOT exposed to the elements or to attack by intruders trying to defeat the system, can be run without conduit. All other wires require protection, most typically in Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT). Here are some examples of those installs:
