► HPI Does it all for you. With our Smart Surveillance software in partnership with Cyberbytes, HPI will remotely monitor your equipment from our servers:

  • We will log in to your DVR/NVR every 2 minutes and collect up and look for changes in your device status (Real-time monitored details like serial number of dvr/nvr’s, firmware version, device time, number of hard-disks, size of individual disks, number days of recording, time sync, camera issues, recording status) and log it.
  • If we detect a problem, we’ll check it again every 2 minutes for 10 minutes before automatically generating a notification of the issue to your service provider.
  • In Tampa Bay Florida HPI is a full service security system provider, installer and repair service contractor. And we offer Managed Video and Extended Service Plans on all our systems.

► If you want to handle the repairs, HPI can still provide 3rd party monitoring of your systems and send service tickets to you or your designated security systems manager – be it you and/or your IT Department, your Security Director or directly to your local repair service contractor.

► Or HPI can provide set-up, training and software customer service on your servers of the HMS Agent Software and HMS Portal and you can dispatch your own service service repairs on issues our software brings to your attention.
